  • All returns and exchanges must be made through our return portal. 
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in new (unworn, unwashed) condition with the original packaging and/or tags attached.
  • All exchanges and site credit selections are complimentary.
  • Dreamland Baby merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
  • Dreamland Baby does not offer exchanges or returns on international purchases. All international purchases are final sale. 
  • All BOGO and/or sale items are FINAL SALE.



  1. Click HERE to find a Happy Returns Location near you. There are more than 3,000 Happy Returns dropoff locations across the country!  Please note that you must begin your return in our online portal before dropping off your item.
  2. Bring the item(s) you wish to return with the QR code generated in the online portal.
  3. Your refund or exchange will be initiated immediately.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days, less the return shipping fee.

    You will receive a confirmation email once the return or exchange has been processed.
